Burnside Truck Service uses the information you provide to review your qualifications, contact you about employment, and manage the hiring process.
What we collect
Your contact details, positions of interest, work experience, skills, training, availability, references you choose to provide, and your application confirmation. We also use limited technical information to protect the forms from abuse.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, birth dates, banking details, medical information, or identity-document images through these forms.
Who can access it
Authorized Burnside hiring staff can review submissions. Service providers used to host the system and deliver application emails process information needed to provide those services. Applications are not published for other candidates or website visitors.
Returning to your application
A secure browser cookie allows you to continue your own application. Email return links expire and work once. Do not share your private link. On a shared device, use “Finish & close session” when you are done.

To correct submitted information or ask about access, retention or deletion, contact billy@burnsidets.com or call 918-561-6670. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable hiring and recordkeeping obligations.
